Monthly plans
Walker Internet Services provides website design, hosting, maintenance, SEO and AEO services under monthly subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Business) as described on our pricing page. Specific scope, deliverables and billing terms for your plan are provided in a separate service agreement before work begins.
Ownership
Written content, images and business information you provide remain your property. Terms regarding ownership of website files, custom code and design assets during an active plan and upon cancellation are specified in your service agreement.
Cancellation
General cancellation policy is outlined on our pricing page. Specific notice periods and terms applicable to your account are provided in writing in your service agreement.
Acceptable use
Services provided by Walker Internet Services may not be used to host or promote unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend services for violations of this policy, with notice where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walker Internet Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of this website or our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or any service agreement shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid us during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
Walker Internet Services is based in Connecticut and works with clients throughout the United States. These terms, and any service agreement entered into with Walker Internet Services, are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — regardless of the state in which a client is located.
